I really like where t his series is heading. Oswald Heist’s home without knowing that what he’s waiting is already their hiding! I am really excited to read the next volume! And this volume’s ending is a total cliffhanger, Prince Robot IV, the family’s main pursuer, finally reached Quietus waiting at D. The plot thickens now because it was revealed that she has this psychic power that allows her to track Alana and Marko making the jobs easier for The Will and Gwendolyn. Remember the young girl who The Will saw at Sextillion and being traded as a sex slave? Now they have adapted her. I really like how she’s portrayed.) The two also has a new company.

(And let me just say that she’s total bad*ss. She’s teamed up with The Will, who was hired by Wreath High Command, to hunt for Marko’s family. It was also in this series wher e Marko’s ex-fiancée, Gwendolyn, was introduced. This series also includes the story how the relationship of Marko and Alana blossomed. This volume includes a backstory about Marko’s childhood and he’s relationship with his parents who are now with them in the space ship. Oswald Heist, author of Alana’s favorite novel, A Night Time Smoke, where they are planning to take refuge. 🙂 This volume immediately picks up where it left off, the team is on board the space ship on their way to Quietus, home of D. Along the way they meet new friends and new enemies. The series follows how they try to escape the hunters and the officers who are trying to catch them as their relationship is considered a taboo. They fell in love and what complicated things more is that they bore a daughter, Hazel. Marko was then a prisoner and Alana is her g uard. The war needs to be waged in other planets because a destruction of one will cause the other to spin out of orbit. Alana is from the technologically-advanced planet of Landfall and Marko is from Landfall’s satellite, Wreath, where its people is known to wield magic.

This follows the love story of Marko and Alana who are from different planets that are at war with one another. I’m planning to finish all the available volumes this year but I am doing it slowly because it will take some time again before the newest volume (which is volume 7) which is expected to be released by 2017.Īs a briefer to those who haven’t yet started this series. After finishing Volume 1 not so long ago, I know I have to immediately pickup the next volume.
